Job Description:
As a Production Operator at Pilgrim Innovative Plastics, you will operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts according to established standards and procedures. You’ll also handle materials and products, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines in line with established standards and work instructions.
• Handle materials and products as required in the manufacturing process.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Driver’s License required 

Work Schedule:

• Part-time or Full-time weekdays.
• Initially part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as workload increases.

Skills Required:

• Ability to learn the basic operation of plastic manufacturing equipment.
• Capacity to comprehend work instructions.
• Ability to fulfill documentation requirements.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:

• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
