located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, America’s hometown. Since our founding in 1999, we’ve grown from a small-scale operation to a high-volume manufacturing leader, guided by dedication and expertise.
Our Story
Joel Nickerson, our founder, began with a vision and determination. Leasing a modest warehouse, he secured equipment and clientele, setting Pilgrim on its path. With our first customer within a month, we started molding products for major retailers like QVC.
Our Growth:
Expanding rapidly, we’ve outgrown spaces and expanded our facilities. Today, we boast thirteen molding machines, ranging from 39 to 330 tons. Pilgrim Innovative Plastics is
ISO 9001:2015 certified with TUV Rheinland of North America. We maintain a commitment to excellence.

Pilgrim prides itself on innovation. Our fleet of Milacron Roboshot Electric Injection Molding Machines ensures precision and efficiency. Complemented by three full-time degreed plastics engineers, we deliver excellence at every step.
