located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, America’s hometown. Since our founding in 1999, we’ve grown from a small-scale operation to a high-volume manufacturing leader, guided by dedication and expertise.
Our Story
Joel Nickerson, our founder, began with a vision and determination. Leasing a modest warehouse, he secured equipment and clientele, setting Pilgrim on its path. With our first customer within a month, we started molding products for major retailers like QVC.
Our Growth:
Expanding rapidly, we’ve outgrown spaces and expanded our facilities. Today, we boast eleven molding machines, ranging from 28 to 330 tons. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our ISO certifications: 9001:2008 in 2010 and 9001:2015 in 2017.

Pilgrim prides itself on innovation. Our fleet of Milacron Roboshot Electric Injection Molding Machines ensures precision and efficiency. Complemented by three full-time degreed plastics engineers, we deliver excellence at every step.
